Bound to the Savior

Recently I read that keeping our sacred covenants (of life and love), binds us to Jesus Christ. While reading, I had a very visual and visceral memory of sky diving my first and only time.

From the door of an airplane, I jumped out, but I was bound tightly to the experienced diver. My life depended on this binding. What if my covenants bound me to the savior as tightly as I was bound to the instructor diver? Is being bound to the Savior, life and soul saving?

In a life that sometimes seems as perilous as skydiving, there is no one else I'd rather be bound to than Jesus Christ.
